communication
The Magistrate of thulik has
forwarded a report to the Centry of Junghice village which is under his jurisdiction to the following effect.
On the
morning of the 3rd Instant.
(26th April) they perceived a boat near the pier of the village, lying at Anchor in the river,:
on board of which were four foreigners and
above ten native sailors. They immediately
went on shore, entered the village, and sauntered and looked about through the
streets and
thoroughfares.
From inquiries
made by the said villagers amongst the
Sailors, it
appears
that they
had sailed from
Hongha of, and gone there to look at the
environs
